| | Nothing new has really happened except me recieving a citation/fine for something I never even started. How can I recieve a citation & fine while the others don't recieve anything at all? They wanted to fight me, prank call me, call me several racist things, and cause all this drama but I get blamed for it all? I'm being blamed for trying to intiate (spelling?) a fight, threatening, obscene language, and whatever else. It is a $144.50 fine for something I never actually did. The person who pressed charges bragged that she knew the officer who was sending me a citation, and the officer was suppose to speak to me and my sister before they did anything but never did. I am so mad about this whole situation. I think we are going to press charges too because how can someone just press charges and then there be no investigation in to the matter? The whole law system is confusing and very messed up. My plan is to plead not guilty and appear in court. I am not a bad person, I do get involved in things if people start it. I am a calm and quiet person, I keep to myself if you keep to yourself. I have no idea what else to say, I am just very angry right now. |
